Three Little Killer Skyscrapers

(Published on 18. November 2020, 01:23 by SudokuExplorer)

Each N x N puzzle is a skyscraper puzzle with a little killer twist.
Each row and column contains the digits 1 to N.
Each cell contains a skyscraper (bird's eye view) with height given by the digit in the cell.
The clues outside the grid tell the number of skyscrapers visible in that row/column from that side, with higher skyscrapers blocking the view of lower skyscrapers.

The clues outside the grid also have a little arrow, which points in a given diagonal direction, and it is the sum of all digits (not necessarily distinct) on that diagonal.

You can try this set of puzzles on Penpa+. Enjoy!

Solution code: Enter the last rows of each puzzle (3x3, 4x4 and then 5x5 puzzle). That is 12 digits in total.

I like how each puzzle introduces a different idea, with the last one using ideas from the previous two. Thanks! Quite challenging for me.

That was the plan, I'm glad it worked out that way. :-)
I have a few other ideas for this variant, but I'll probably need a larger grid for them.
