Thermo Sandwich Sudoku

Normal Sudoku rules apply
Along thermometers the digits increase from the bulb end. However, not all thermometers have their bulbs drawn. In that case, the bulb has to be determined, and it can be anywhere on the thermometer. The long thermometer in the top of the grid may not contain repeated digits.
Sandwich clues outside the grid show the sum of the digits sandwiched between 1 and 9.
