The leftmost puzzle uses the digits 6, 7, 8, and 9. The other three puzzles each use the digits 1, 2, 3, and 4.
The value of any square in the 6/7/8/9 puzzle is equal to the SUM of the values of the corresponding squares in the other three puzzles. (For instance, the top left corner of the 6/7/8/9 puzzle equals the sum of the top left corners of the other three puzzles.) The digits that compose these sums may repeat.
Digits along a thermometer strictly increase, starting at the bulb end.

@drolli38: This is probably late, but numbers on a thermo do not have to be consecutive, so 1-3 would be allowed. The term "strictly increase" is usually intended to differentiate from slow thermo puzzles wherein numbers can repeat along neighbouring cells of the thermo.
