The usual Sudoku rules apply, i.e., in each row, column, and 3x3 box there must be exactly one each of the digits 1-9.
The digits along an arrow sum either to the number in the circle (x) or to the square of that number (x times x). The circled digit does not contribute to its own sum. There are also 3 instances of paired cells in a circle (oval). Here, the two cells should be read as a two digit number, reading from left to right.
This is my 40th puzzle in the portal, and I'm sorry they've been coming in thick & fast lately. I will be taking a little hiatus now. Thank you for your understanding.

Hat wieder richtig Spaß gemacht! Und dieses Mal nur knapp eine Stunde gedauert, also brauchst Du auch kein schlechtes Gewissen zu haben. ;-)
Schade, dass Du eine längere Pause machen musst. Ich hoffe, Du kommst noch zum Lösen, wenn schon keine tollen Rätsel mehr von Dir kommen! :)
