This is an Anti-Knight Arrow Sudoku.
Normal sudoku rules apply.
Additionally, digits cannot be a knight's move apart (two over and one across in any direction).
Digits on each arrow have to sum up to the value in the corresponding circled cell. If the circle is around two cells, it is treated as a two-digit number read from left to right.

A 3 hours solve. What a puzzle. A lot of case testing, but really rewarding!
