Normal sudoku, killer, and palindrome rules. Digits in dotted cages must sum to the number in the top-left of cages, without repeats. Digits on the palindrome lines must be read the same from either direction (if a 3 appears on the 2nd position from one end, it must also appear in the second position from the other).

I guess there are different ways to break in, coloring helped a lot. I think this is the first time I use this kind of technique, so it was a very fun solve. The interactions between cages and palindromes are top-notch, great puzzle !
