This puzzle is a classic arrow sudoku.
The usual sudoku rules apply. The number in a circle indicates the sum of the digits along every arrow originating in the circle. Digits may repeat along an arrow.

Excellent puzzle! It has a very intricate feel with lots of moving parts that depend on each other. Intriguing just to play with, let alone solve. I highly recommend it! Pass along my thanks to 邱言哲! :)
