Remote Clones Sudoku

(Published on 15. October 2020, 20:00 by stephane.bura)

Normal Sudoku rules apply.

Lines in a cell mark that in those two directions, at a distance of N where N is the value of the cell, both cells have the same value.

All the possible lines are given but you don't need to use the negative constraint.

Tip: A cell with lines may see several valid clones. Make sure you have the correct value :)

Another great puzzle, Stephane! I had to restart several times because I went wrong, and I didn't even mind because I got to play again from the start which I enjoyed :)

Haha, sorry I hope I'm not annoying you, commenting on old puzzles. I'm relatively new to variant sudoku and I'm working my way through the top rated 1 and 2 star puzzles on LMD. I also plan on attempting more of your puzzles as I enjoy them, but I can be quiet about it if you prefer!

When your name comes up, I am sure to find a nice puzzle, out of the ordinary. I loved again the concept but even though you changed arrows into lines, I keep considering them as "arrows" :-)
thanks

Thanks :)
The lines make for a more pleasing image and show the relationship between the two directions better.
But, I can't lie, I love arrows ;)
