The XV Arrows

Rules:

  • Where an ‘X’ exists between two circles, their totals have a DIFFERENCE of 10
  • Where a ‘V’ exists between two circles, their totals have a DIFFERENCE of 5
  • Digits placed along an arrow must sum to the number in the circle. If the sum is multiple digits, the digits are read left to right. Digits can repeat along an arrow.
  • Normal sudoku rules apply

I know two digits in circles, when they are sums of #s on arrows, are read as a 2-digit number. But, rules regarding your V and X clues refer to totals in the circles. So, if two circles touch, one with 23 and the other with 19 (for example), is their difference 23-19 for a difference of 4 or is it 1+9=10 minus 2+3=5 for a difference of 5?

@jwmpuz It's the former, so 23 and 19 will be a difference of 4 :)
