Normal sudoku and thermometer rules apply. Each spiral is a carpet that will unroll out from a fixed point, marked by a dot. See an example below if needed.
To solve the puzzle, you need to place Cleopatra's carpet on the grid, which is wrapped around a 7. The first two cells of the carpet marked with her name also add up to 7. Cleopatra's carpet can be rotated, reflected, and may overlap other carpets.

Your first carpet sudoku was fascinating, and the second one had some beautiful symmetry, but this one was just fabulous. I worked out most of the logic by shading without getting any digits in, and once I managed to place Cleopatra's carpet the whole thing unravelled like a poorly made rug. A beautiful puzzle.
