Rules
1. Normal Sudoku rules apply. Fill every row, column, and 3x3 box with each of the digits 1 to 9.
2. Cells separated by a chess knight's move apart may not contain the same digit
3. The killer cages' sums form a non-repeating consecutive sequence of integers (i.e. 1, 2, 3, 4... or 12, 13, 14, 15...)
4. Every pair of cages having consecutive sums must be orthogonally adjacent

Interesting start, with rest falling into place nicely.
Almost the same rules (and hence similar logic) as SenatorGronk's sequential killer (00040S) so having done that one previously helped with this.
