Wichtel 2019 (9): Hybrid

This time in the gnomes' workshop Japanese Sums (with numbers 1 - 9) have been intersected with Cross the Streams. This means, the black cells of the Japanese Sums are connected and cover no 2x2 area completely. The numbers outside are as well number sums as the lengths of blocks of black cells. Additionally we borrowed a detail from Corals and all the numbers outside are per row and column given in ascending order.
Solution code: The two main diagonals starting top left and top right, s for black cells.
