Normal sudoku rules apply.
In addition, an arrow pointing at a diagonal indicates
how many two-digit prime numbers can be found in this
reading direction on the diagonal.

Example:

The two arrows in this example point at the following two-digit prime numbers:
In bottom right reading direction: 73, 97
In top left reading direction: 67, 79, 37

Tough stuff! Rated it 5 stars, but haven't solved that many puzzles over here, so I'm not sure if it is in fact very hard.
