Hypnotized - Thermo Sudoku

Normal sudoku rules apply
Digits must increase along thermometers moving away from the bulb, except when crossing the boundary of a box.
When crossing a box boundary, digits may increase by any amount, repeat, or decrease by 1.
For clarity, on the f-puzzles link, there are 2 thermos that both terminate at R3C3, and the 'palindrome line' from R4C7-R3C6 is an extension of the thermo and not a palindrome (the thermos couldn't be drawn that long)
Also, make sure to turn off 'highlight conflicts' on f-puzzles, because it doesn't understand the unusual thermo rules.
