The usual Sudoku rules apply, i.e., in each row, column, and 3x3 box there must be exactly one each of the digits 1-9. The digits in cages add up to the indicated sum, and digits may not repeat within a cage.
Colors serve no further purpose than to make the cages easier to differentiate.
Solution code: Row 4, followed by column 7 (18 digits total)

This old one randomly popped up on the recent solved list so I feel like I should try this one too and-
