Rules:
- Each cage must contain a unique prime number (i.e. a two cell cage could contain the digits 5, 9 for a prime number of 59). Cages are read either left to right or top to bottom.
- Solid grey lines are palindromes, and each palindrome's sum must be equal to that of the prime number in the cage it intersects.
- The indicated diagonal must sum to the prime number in the bottom right cage.
- Normal sudoku rules apply.
Solution code: row 1 and col 1, 18 digits, no spaces

Maybe make the two 'overlapping' palindromes 2 different colors? I guess it's clear enough without. Quack!
