Tag is not quite changed. This is the sudoku tag: https://logic-masters.de/Raetselportal/bilder/labels/sudoku.png What you have is the 'puzzle' icon in general. The idea is to make sudokus both easier to find and easier to hide.

The NEU-Label would be appropriate, if the puzzle type or the variant is new.
