Mystery Sandwich

Hello LMD,
Here is the first Mystery Sandwich I created, though I didn't know at the time that MartinR had already come up with the same idea. I'll give it two stars since it isn't very difficult but you do need to figure out what the clues mean.
Normal Sudoku rules apply. Clues outside the grid show the sum of the digits between the X and the Y in that row/column, where X and Y are consistent for the whole puzzle.
