Normal Sudoku rules apply. Double arrows are mirrors. Cells on either side of a mirror add up to the same total. The number of cells taken into account for the sum depends on the color of the mirror.
The grid is toroïdal, so: Some possible mirrors are not given. Finally, the product of the shaded cells in row 1 is equal to the product of the shaded cells in the central region.
