Orderly Little Killer

Normal Little Killer Rules apply:
Numbers outside the grid give the sum of the digits along the indicated diagonal. Digits may repeat (unless otherwise disallowed by normal sudoku)
In addition, all numbers along a little killer diagonal must increase moving away from the clue if within the same box.
For example, r2c3 must be bigger than r3c2. So, you can think of it sort of like the little killers have a bunch of short thermos, if that helps you visualize it.

'if within the same box' means that for example, r2c3 can be smaller than r1c4?
