Arrow Windoku

A slightly unseasonable winter-themed puzzle, about one of my favourite activities: watching snow fall through my window.
Rules:
- Sudoku rules: each 3x3 box, row, and column must contain the digits 1-9
- Arrow sudoku: tails of the arrows must sum to the number in the head
- Windoku: Each of the 4 window panes must contain all the numbers 1-9.
Solution code: Row 1 and Row 5, numbers only
