Rules: Classic Sudoku rules apply.
The author of the puzzle is my friend 胡蒙汀(Hu Meng Ting) from China. I hope you like it and would appreciate any feedback.
Special note: If you use one of the observation techniques of Classic Sudoku, you can easily complete this problem, so the difficulty of 3 stars is given. At the same time, the three puzzles posted earlier use this similar observation technique, and a few Sudoku in various forms will be released later, and then this technique will be appropriately developed through the forum.

This is one of the most remarkable Sudoku puzzles I've ever seen - previously I thought that applications of the so-called Phistomefel's theorem could always be side-stepped by other easier techniques. I've double checked using solvers and this is not the case with this puzzle, which makes this the first time I've seen genuine novelty in a Sudoku in as long as I can remember.
I think some of the petty comments and vindictive ratings here are very unfortunate, and certainly not what this puzzle deserves!
