Killer Little Killer Sudoku (Killer cages+ little killer)

Normal sudoku rules apply (all digits 1-9 appear once in each row/column/box).
Killer sudoku rules: digits can't repeat in cages and the number in the top left of each cage shows the sum of all the digits that appear in the cage.
Little killer: the numbers outside the grid show the sum of all the digits along diagonals; digits can repeat.
