Nice puzzle!
Just a few comments:
Imagine somebody randomly stumbling upon this page. It is their first time on the website, perhaps they were looking at other puzzles. Imagine somebody printing your puzzle and wanting to give it to a friend. They don't know what sudoku is or what a Killer Cage is. Will they know what to do with this? Will they be turned away by something that looks incomplete?
It might seem silly to repeat what normal sudoku and killer rules are but it is part of making things look nice and complete. Something simple like:
“Fill each row, column, and box with the digits 1 through 9. The numbers on the corners of the cages indicate the sum of the digits inside the cage. Digits cannot repeat within cages.”
