1. Prime numbers cannot touch orthogonally.
2. If a cell contains a prime, the corner denotes how many of its orthogonal neighbours it is a prime factor of.
3. If a cell does not contain a prime, the corner denotes how many of its orthogonal neighbours are its prime factors.
4. The diagonals indicated must each sum to a prime number.

Great puzzle, though I wouldn't call it "fairly easy" — yes, it solves fairly smoothly once you have grasped the working of the rules, but it is easy to take a false trot on one of these easy steps...
