Irregular Killer Sudoku

This is a follow up of my last killer sudoku. This time the solution path is much narrower and the puzzle will not become easy after you find the entrance.
Rules: Fill each row, column, and outlined region with the digits 1 through 9. The numbers on the corners of the cages indicate the sum of the digits inside the cage. Digits cannot repeat within cages.
Additionally, the shaded cell in the corner must border at least one cell that has a digit less than it.

Added a small constraint that makes the puzzle unique without affecting the solution path. Apologies to any solvers who encountered multiple solutions.
