Rules abstract :Classical rules for "Skyscrapers" and "Tents" apply.
Additionnal rules : a tent is 0,5 high. A tree has a height of 1 but is not count. A field of green space has a height of 0. Adjacent fields of green space make a green area. Each green area contain at least a tent and a tree. Green areas can't touch in diagonal.
Detailed rules :
Place skycrapers height 1 to 6 in each line/column. The 3 remaining spaces are fields of green space. A field of green space can stay empty or contain a tree or a tent. The fields of green space touching each others laterally make together a green area. Each green area contain at least a tent and a tree. Green areas can't touch in diagonal.
Numbers in the table, at the beginning of a line/column, give the number of tents in this line/column. Each tent is associated by a side with a tree . Each tree is associated by a side with a tent. No tent may touch another, even diagonally.
Numbers outside give the number of visible "buildings" in the line/column from this point. The tent is 0,5 high, the height of the skycrapers is their value, the tree is 1, the empty fields of green space are 0. The trees are not count but may hide tent and house of 1.
Solution code: Line 9 (left to right) then column 6 (top to bottom). A for tree, T for tent, H for empty green space field.

Very interesting puzzle. Skyscrapers and tents work really well together. I recreated the puzzle in penpa+ with what I think is a more specific English set of rules: https://tinyurl.com/mryhm5ad

I am not too active anymore and I did choose your puzzle because of the last comment of statistica.
Very nice puzzle indeed! I enjoyed solving it.

Thank you statistica. I hope too more people will see and try it. This is why I'm making a new serie, easier, to be seen. I was so glad to read Zzzyxas and rimodech enthousiasts comments for this first attempt to create.

@rimodech : each green field is a part of a green area

does every green field have to be part of a (larger) green area? or there may be an isolated green field (without tree and tent), which may touch diagonally other green fields or green areas?

Sehr schön.
