This is an idea suggested on the Cracking the Cryptic Fan Discord Server by Cameron. I liked the combo so I tried it out and came up with this puzzle. I had posted it on the server earlier and thought I'd post it here too.
Rules: The digits in this puzzle are all valid clues for both rule-sets below.
1. Draw a single continuous loop by connecting neighboring dots along the dotted lines. The digits indicate how many edges of a cell are used for the loop. The loop may not touch or cross itself, and it doesn't need to touch all of the dots.
2. Place a light-bulb in some cells so that all cells in the grid are lit. Light-bulbs can give light in straight lines until the rays meet a loop wall or the edge of the grid. Light-bulbs should not light up each other. A digit in a cell indicates the number of the light-bulbs that are adjacent to that cell. Light-bulbs may not be placed on digits. Cells with digits in them are considered empty so light can pass through them; cells with digits also need to be lit.

Solution code: Enter the number of lights in each row from top to bottom, followed by the number of cells inside the loop in each connected series along column 4 and 5 from top to bottom. Example: "1234567891234" Where the 123456789 is Akari cells and the rest is the cell blocks inside the Slitherlink loop.

Nice construction, was good that you needed to use both rulesets at different times to proceed

The combination of these puzzles is beautiful. So first of all thanks for putting this up!
However, I really had some issues filling in the second part of the final code. Maybe it's just my little experience or my understanding of the English language, but it took me some tries to figure out what was meant to be filled in.
