Whew, that was a real killer challenge! Now there are only 265 newer puzzles I haven't even looked at yet :)

I totally agree with ildiko, see also my comment to puzzle "0003X5".
(an arbitrary example even if this not the right place for discussions: Who would search for "difference fence" to find a sudoku????)

Please have a look at the "Advanced Search". Tags in this portal are meant to find puzzles of a type which doesn't have an own icon - for example "Yajilin". If I ever would search for a killersudoku, I would search via the puzzle name with "killer" or the tag list at the "Advanced Search". Well, bad example. There are four different writings of killersudoku. Via the tags I would have to search four times. I wouldn't do it – but that’s only my opinion. No need to create tags for basic charactaristics of a puzzle, e.g. row, column, digit or puzzle. No need to create the xth writing of abc-sudoku. No need to create new tags at all, unless it is really a NEW type of puzzle. But hey, that’s only my opinion.

@ildiko I tried to use the German Tags by using google translate to translate the words from English.

Is there any logical sense in this tag spamming? Oh, it's a PUZZLE! No, really?
