Hexagonale Japanische Summen mit 60 – Krypto & knapp daneben

Numbers outside the grid show in the right order the sums of the numbers in the respective direction. Between two sums there has to be at least one black cell.
Krypto: Each letter represents a number. Same letters represent the same numbers and different letters different numbers.
Every information is off by one, i.e. 1 too high or 1 too low. Including the hints from the countdown puzzles.
Leading zeroes are not allowed – except the sum itself is (off by one) zero.
The marked diagonal (compare the solution code) contains all 11 numbers (and 4 black cells).
Solution code: The marked diagonal from top to bottom, „S“ for black cells.

Gilt der Übertrag nur für die Vorgaben im Inneren, oder auch für die äußeren Vorgaben?
D.h. Wenn ich im Countdownrätsel G=n ermittelt habe, muß ich dann jedes G (innen und außen) durch n+1 oder n-1 ersetzen, oder nur das G in der Mitte der 3. Zeile?

Zum Glück ist es auch lösbar, ohne vorher das Countdownrätsel Kongruenzrundweg gelöst zu haben.

@psams: The hint "I" from the "Countdown: Höhle"-puzzle is only valid for the "I" inside the diagram. And it has nothing to do with the outside hints! (Except that both inner and outer hints are +/-1 ;-) .)

Alle Hinweise aus den Countdown-Rätseln sind unabhängig vom Finalrätsel. Es könnten sogar mehrere Hinweise die selbe Zahl ergeben.
Jede Summe ist knapp daneben, d.h. für den Hinweis "36" ist die Summe entweder 35 oder 37.
Sollte die echte Summe "1" sein, kann als Hinweis sowohl eine 2 als auch eine 0 gegeben sein.
The hints from the countdown puzzles do not correlate with them in this puzzle. There might be several times the same number for the inner hints.
Every sum is +/-1, e.g. if the given sum is "36" the real sum is either 35 or 37.
Is the real sum "1" the hint could be either 0 or 2. But a hint must not be "07" - because this zero would be a leading zero.

@psams: This is the final puzzle of a series. You need to solve the "countdown"-puzzles to receive the values for the 6 hints inside the grid.
And yes, they are off by one - as all hints in this puzzle.
Yes, the red letters are (just) birthday greetings.

I am reading the rules in English only. I do not understand "Including the hints from the countdown puzzles." Does this mean the 0 in the grid is really a 1, and the 6 in the grid may be a 5 or 7? If A=3 (for example), does that mean the A location in the grid contains a 3, or might it contain a 2 or 4? I assume the red letters are just a fun message and have no other purpose?
