A combination of two well known variants, I believe this to be a reserved four star difficulty.
Anti-Knight: Digits cannot repeat a chess knight's move away from each other. Diagonal: Digits cannot repeat along the marked long diagonals.
Solution code: Row 4, then column 8, in an 18 digit string.

I'm usually quite good at Knight move restrictions, but I'm hopelessly stuck on this one. @hamslice mentions some hidden pairs/triples, I'm assuming these are along the diagonals? Any hints?
