Classic Sudoku rules apply.
Adjacent cells whose digits have a difference of 2 are marked with a white circle.
Adjacent cells whose digits have a ratio of 4 are marked with a black circle.
All possible black and white circles are marked on the grid.

Nice logic flow. I kept mis-stepping (I always do with Kropki), but great fun once I finally sorted myself out!
