The numbers 777 appear consecutively along one diagonal
The circled number 11 over column 4 indicates the sum of the digits in that column, adding the values from the odd rows and subtracting the values from the even rows
The diagonal segment r1c4 - r6c9 is a "little killer" clue indicating the sum of those cells must total 35
Column 8 has a "sandwich" clue indicating the sum of the cells between those containing the 1 and 9 must total 11
Box 7 is a "dutch box", where arrows indicate the direction of increasing digits. If there is no arrow clue outside a row or column, then those digits follow no pattern
