All Cells Consecutive Sudoku

This variant has some very interesting implications when it comes to solving the puzzle

Rules: All standard sudoku rules apply. Additionally, All non shaded cells must form a consecutive pair with at least one directly adjacent cell. Red cells do not have to be part of any consecutive pairs, while blue cells must be part of two different consecutive pairs with directly adjacent cells. (A consecutive pair is a pair of two digits that are only one apart.)
