Classic Sudoku: New Logic

This is a classic Sudoku involving what I believe is a new kind of deduction. All of the Sudoku grading software I have found gives this puzzle a very high grade and can't solve it using human techniques, but there is a very simple piece of logic that solves the puzzle.
