Normal sudoku rules apply. The "taxicab distance" between two cells is the minimum number of orthogonal moves required to move from one to the other (e.g., the taxicab distance between r1c4 and r3c1 is 5). No two cells with the same digit value can be that distance from each other. For example, if cell A and cell B both contain the digit 4, they cannot be distance 4 away from each other.
