Killer Sudoku (GP 2020 Leftover)

Next weekend, starting from 26.06.20, the next round of the WPF Sudoku Grand Prix takes place. Puzzles have been provided by Arvid Baars (Eisbär), Richard Stolk (Richard), Jonas Gleim (JonaS2010) and me. The Instruction Booklet is now available. Here is a leftover Killer Sudoku.
Rules:
Fill the grid with digits 1 to 9 so that each row, column and region contains each digit exactly once. Clues in dotted cage give the sum of the digits in this cage.
