To Christmas 2019 some eager puzzlefriends have again arranged a group in which everybody had to make anonymously a puzzle for someone else. These puzzles are now presented one after the other here in the portal.

Beer or wine

Each working group of the gnomes took a slip of paper with wishes for a gnome puzzle out of the chief gnome's hat. "Beer or wine" was written on the paper and the gnomes started working at once.

One of the gnomes had the idea to take some beer and wine to the puzzle making meeting in order ‚to get into the right mood for the puzzle‘. They sat a long time with their pencils (and several glasses of wine and beer) together and created the puzzle.

A laser puzzle, start and end point are marked by a circle on the edge of the grid. Additionally a Japanese Sums puzzle has to be put onto the laser beam. The numbers 1 to 9 at most once per row/columns, but the gnomes already had drunk too much and they forgot a bit about the rules - there are as well 3 zeroes in the puzzle (possibly repeated in a row/column).

One gnome came up with the joke to sort the hints ascending per row/column. On the left and at the top the Japanese Sums hints are given and always one of the hints is for the laser puzzle. The hints on the right and below are normal laser hints.
