Little Thermo Sudoku

Normal sudoku rules apply. Clues on the outside of the grid indicate the sum of the digits along that diagonal path. In addition, these diagonal paths act as "thermometers", with digits strictly increasing or decreasing along the diagonal. The "bulb" end of the thermometer is not given (i.e. the thermometer need not start at the arrow). Digits cannot repeat along a thermometer (diagonal).
