Toroidal Galaxy Killer Sudoku

(Published on 7. June 2020, 10:11 by stephane.bura)

Note: I borrowed the description from the Phistomefel's puzzle that inspired this one.

This puzzle is a mixture of a Killer Sudoku and a Galaxy Puzzle.

The usual sudoku rules apply.

The dots given in the grid are the centers of pointsymmetric galaxies, which function as cages for the killer sudoku.
The grid is toroidal, so a galaxy can expand across its edge and continue on the opposite side.
In contrary to a classical galaxy puzzle, not every cell in the grid has to be part of a galaxy.
The sum of a galaxy's digits is 21.

There are marked cages in the grid.
The sum of a cage's digits is 23.

The digits in a cage or a galaxy may not repeat but the cages and the galaxies do overlap.
