Normal sudoku rules apply.
Standard sandwich sudoku rules apply. The clues outside the grid are the sum of the cells between the 1 and the 9 in that row or column.
Additionally there are marked cages with A, B, C in the corners. These cages match the sandwich clues of the same characters.
These cages follow killer sudoku rules. Cells within a cage must be different digits.
All cages marked A are equal.
All cages marked B are equal.
All cages marked C are equal.
A, B and C are not necessarily different numbers.
For example, if a 1 cage cell marked A is the number 24, then a 3 cage cell marked A must be 9, 8 and 7.
