Rules:
Normal sudoku rules apply. (Place all the digits from 1 to 9 in every row, column, and 3x3 box.)
In addition, there are letters in the grid.
The letters are
E, F, I, N, O, R, S, U, and V.
Each letter corresponds to a different digit from 1 to 9.
Every vowel in the grid [E, I, O, and U] can only have their corresponding digits as even digits [2, 4, 6, and 8].
Every consonant in the grid [F, N, R, S, and V] can only have their corresponding digits as odd digits [1, 3, 5, 7, and 9].
