Apply classic Sudoku rules : Each row, column and bold-outlined region must contain the digits 1-9 once.
In this puzzle however, there is a digit N for which all dots were removed (i.e. if N=4, then 3/4 and 4/5 pairs don't have a white dot, and 2/4 and 4/8 pairs don't have a black dot). All other digits follow the classic Kropki rules.
