Killer/Little Killer Sudoku - Find x! - Part 2

I had a fatal error in the previous puzzle, which trivialized most of the logic I set. I cannot believe I missed the easy solution three times in a row! Anyways, this should be a more sophisticated puzzle. My apologies.
Normal sudoku rules apply. The number inside a cage represents the sum of all digits within that cage. Digits cannot repeat inside the same cage. The arrows denote the sum of the cells along the indicated diagonal. In this puzzle, x is an integer that is not given; it can be derived from the puzzle. I hope you enjoy!

The value of x can still be confirmed quickly, much better than the one designed in the previous question.
