Normal Sudoku rules apply.
In Addition, each row, column, and 3x3 box contains 2 stars. Stars should never touch each other, not even diagonally.
A star can be any number between 1 and 9. The numbers outside the grid show the sum of the two stars in the corresponding row/column.
Additional special rule: Also the numbers 4 and 6 act like stars: a 4 must never touch a 6 or another 4, not even diagonally, and vice versa.
.
Solution code: Enter the digits of row 4 from left to right.

Just saw the video on CTC. This one here is actually the "hard" one. Mark was solving the "easy" one :)

I already watched the solve on CTC, so I won't pretend to solve this myself right now, just wanted to say I think it's a terrific puzzle & hope people will give it a try!
@Statistica — that does look to be the case, yes.

"Also the numbers 4 and 6 act like stars": Does that mean, that also a touch of same numbers (4/4 or 6/6) is forbidden?
