Ambiguous Arrows - Little Killer Sudoku

Implementing this idea was much harder than I thought. Please let me know what you think.
Normal sudoku rules apply. In a little killer sudoku, arrows indicate the sum of the cells along the indicated diagonal.
In this sudoku, exactly 4 of the arrows on the top of the grid are 9, exactly 3 of the arrows on the left are 13, exactly 3 of the arrows on the bottom are 9, and exactly two arrows on the right are 52.
