Great puzzle! Was able to solve a lot of it without using two of the clues, but the clues expedited the process.

As an amateur solver, I'm stunned that a puzzle can be deliberately crafted to line up two entire rows of pairs that trigger on one final clue. Well done!

Just to make the rule much more clear : the red arrow points to the cell indicating the value of the row to consider, the cyan arrow points to the cell indicating the value of the column to consider
