I have prepared a set of 10 puzzles following the common theme of "Uncertainty". I am releasing the puzzles here on a daily basis, but if you are impatient, the full set can be found at this link. Each puzzle is a combination of two variants, but it is unknown in which parts of the grid each variant applies - that is to be determined during solving.
General Rules: Place a digit from 1-9 into each cell of the grid so that every row, column and outlined 3x3 region contains each digit exactly once.
Palindrome: Digits placed on marked lines must form a palindromic sequence.
Creasing: Digits placed on marked lines must form a strictly increasing or decreasing sequence.
Combination Rule: In this puzzle, each marked line follows either Palindrome Sudoku rules, or Creasing Sudoku rules, or both.
Solution code: Row 1, followed by Row 8
