Another leftover from last year's Puzzle Grand Prix.
Rules: Place the numbers from 1 to 7 in each row and column. Numbers in a circle indicate the sum of the digits along the arrow connected to the circle. (If there are multiple arrows, each arrow has to sum to the total in the circle.) Numbers can repeat on arrows.

There is an error in the English solution code instruction: it says row 9 instead of row 7.
