This a standard slitherlink puzzle with an additional constraint.
Draw a closed loop along the dotted lines. The numbers in the cells indicate how many edges of a cell belong to the loop. The loop may not cross or touch itself.
In addition, an even number of cells in each row and each column must be inside the loop.
